Swedish Midsummer Party 2011

Swedish Midsummer Party 2011 - New York

When:June 24th 2011, 10pm - 4am
Where: Pachita - 618 W 46th Street

On summer solstice this year, we welcome you and your friends to join us (Thomas, Martin & Emilia) to celebrate our 9th annual Swedish Midsummer Party here in New York. We are particularly excited about this years event, which will be held at Pachita, the private penthouse space within the legendary Club Pacha. We have some very special guests performing for us, the Swedish Dis...co/Eurodance group Alcazar, which we expect will deliver the best Midsummer show till date. We also expect a very special guest whose identity we cannot yet release :)

And what is Midsummer without all the special Scandinavian treats you are so used to:
  • - Scandi & Euro Pop by our very own DJ Thomas
  • - American Pop & House by DJ Ferdinand
  • - A scrumptious gourmet table with Swedish candy arrangements from our favorite West Village sweet shop Sockerbit.
  • - Complimentary Kopparberg Cider while supplies
  • - Kopparberg product giveaways
  • - Swedish drink specials all night. Piggelin!
  • - More to come...

Pachita is a club with lots of flair. It has all the plush seating we like (not just for the VIPs) and still plenty of space for dancing, which we like even more. It is an open space so we can feel like one big, happy party family and it has got an ample outside smoking area for you who didn’t move over to snus yet. But…there is a downside to every fabulous upside and in this case it is space. We can only fit 500 of you. For this reason we really want to emphasize advance ticket sales if you want guaranteed admission.
